Nadari Hockenhull is a passionate, award-winning teaching artist and advocate for the advancement and education of the arts. With a diverse background in music education, electronic music, computer science, and business management, Nadari has dedicated her career to fostering creative and inclusive learning environments. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and Shepherding from the International College of Christian Ministries and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Arizona.
Throughout her career, Nadari has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and cultural diversity, striving to create warm and aloha-filled classroom experiences. Her extensive performance background includes notable engagements such as singing with the Tyrolean Opera Performance group in Austria, a guest appearance at the President’s Inaugural Ball, and a national tour of “Porgy and Bess” under the direction of John DeMain.
Nadari’s teaching career includes roles as a K-12 General Music Instructor at various academies in Arizona and a Vocal Professor at AMDA College & Conservatory in Los Angeles. As a private vocal instructor and coach at Diamond in the Rough Vocal Arts Studio, she has helped students refine their skills through professional techniques and artistic development.
In addition to her professional achievements, Nadari is deeply committed to volunteer work, serving as an ambassador for Mercy Worldwide and Hope Worldwide. Her dedication to service and her diverse expertise make her a respected and influential figure in the field of music education.
