Angeline Hilman began her aerial training in Portland, Oregon at Night Flight Aerial and Circus Arts Company where she immersed herself in various forms of aerial arts.
In order to further advance her skills, Angeline then enrolled in an intensive
aerial training program at Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance in Boulder,
CO, covering a wide spectrum of apparatuses, including silks, static
and dance trapeze, lyra (hoop), tippy hoop, sling (hammock), straps,
rope, and invented apparatuses. It was there that Angeline began performing and also teaching aerial arts classes. Committed to understanding human movement, she
earned her yoga certification and delved into the intricacies of body
mechanics.
Returning to Portland, Angeline gained admission to The Foundry, a
private facility for artistry development and training. Here, she
exchanged skills with internationally acclaimed instructors and
collaborated with local performers.
Today, Angeline’s commitment to the aerial arts and body movement goes
beyond a daily regimen—it’s a way of life. A seasoned aerialist, she
brings a wealth of experience and passion to the PDI ohana. Eager to
be engaging with young minds, Angeline seeks to influence and support
their talents in a fun and creative way!
