Sage Nicholson grew up on the Big Island of Hawai‘i and has always been interested in nature, adventure, the outdoors, art, music, and dance. She danced the hula for ten years as a child and was classically trained in piano as a teen for six years.
Growing up around dancers, fire spinners, and musicians fostered an interest in all of the performing arts. It’s hard to choose just one passion when the world is full of so many exciting things!
She has taught dance at Waimea middle school and assisted with Prince Dance for a year in aerial silks. The strength that aerial silks fosters has strengthened her body and her love for the art.
